- The wordmark sets in serif. The role sets in mono. Never the other way around.
- The signal color is a signal. If you cannot say what it is signaling, do not use it.
- Whitespace is part of the work.
- One pulled quote per surface. Two is decoration.
- No icons stand in for words she would use.
- Do not add a gradient.
- The mono voice is for things that are verifiable.
- Real italics, never oblique.
- The page is text-led. The image earns its place.
